Today was my first attempt to make a 
Tofurkey Roast, after having had it a few times at my sisters house.  I'm not very experienced with this type of cooking (i.e. not involving a microwave) so it didn't come out fantastic.  The potatoes got mushy in the 70 mins of baking, not sure why.  I changed up the recommended veges a bit - used more onion and some mushroom instead of carrots - maybe that had something to do with the 'toes having issues.  Anyway, the fake meat itself came out fantastic!  And with the gravy, the whole thing was tasty.
