With the help of a recipe from my BIL, I made a Tofurkey roast in my new Crock Pot. It also gave me a chance to try out my new video cam with optical zoom. I've never used a crock pot so I wasn't sure how it would come out. I threw in some veges, 'rubbed' the tofurkey and put it in, and then covered everything in gravy. I also 'injected' some of the rub into the center of the roast (into the stuffing). Three hours later - Delicious! I think my next Crock Pot attempt will be a spicy vegetarian chili.

Rub: red cayenne pepper, salt, soy sauce, garlic
Veges: two potatoes, red onion, portabella mushrooms
