I'm still amazed at how I discovered the ease of frozen berries just this year. I do this a few times a week now - pour some berries out in a plate and let them thaw for a bit, and then eat with yogurt or plain. Tasty, convenient - and don't have to worry about stuff rotting in my fridge, or shopping every week.

The real question is what do all these dark natural dyes do to my stomach?
