It my new favorite low-calorie snack. Buy a big tub of FF yogurt and a bag of frozen berries. Combine both in a dish. So easy, I've packed this twice for lunch this week.

I used to do this all the time, I used vanilla Lite'n'Fit from Dannon.
Hey, that's what kind I used! Might have something to do with it being on sale right now :)
