Got out for a run today - outside. It felt great to be out in the open air, instead of on a treadmill. This was only my seventh run of the year, so I definitely need to ramp that up if I'm going to do even the 5k in Toledo next month like I had planned. This was at Kensington Metropark - managed 4.5 very hilly miles. The last picture is reflection on my car window!
