1) This is very sad - apparently, chocolate is not the only way to get extra antioxidants.
2) My favorite frozen meal has changed nutritional info - and in a good way! The old version of Smart Ones Fettucini Alfredo was 300 calories, but as you can see it's now down to 240. If you do the points thing, they went from 6 to 4 :D. Amazing that you can eat a healthy FA as part of a WL plan, when the version you get in restaurants is known as heart attack on a plate. As an example, here's the stats on what you get at Macaroni Grill:
Fettuccine Alfredo 1130 cal, 81 g fat, 28.5 points
