This goes in the "nothing excting happened today so I'll just take a random picture of something in my life" category :) I work for General Motors, as a hybrid powertrain controls engineer (designing the computer systems that move cars with a gas engine and electric motor(s)). These days, the majority of my time is spent working on the Chevy Volt, a range extended electric vehicle or EREV. My work is satisfying to me, as I have a general interest in the alternative fuels industry. Until early this decade, I worked on the GM EV1 program and before that on my college's SunRayce team (solar-electric student competition).
